GliSODin May Protect Against Severe Oxidative Stress Researchers at the University of ULM in Germany have received encouraging results from a study into the potential for GliSODin supplementation to protect against Oxidative DNA damage. GliSODin, promoted as a supplement to boost the internal antioxidant defense system of humans, contains Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), an enzyme contained in every cell of the body that is believed to protect them against Oxidative Damage. An earlier double-blind, placebo controlled clinical trial published in “Free Radical Research”, showed that GliSODin protects against induced Oxidative Damage in just two weeks of supplementation. Changing Your Focus Of course many of us would like a huge downline, large commission checks, the big house with the Olympic-size pool, and eight cars in the garage. But we may need to change our focus to do so. First of all, you need to take the approach that network marketing is not about you so much as it is about providing solutions to people's challenges. Q: How can you help them? A: Be of service to them. Remember the people you talk to usually do not care about you, network marketing, or how great the company compensation plan is. They just need solutions. Next, listen to people. Ask them questions. How can you provide a solution to their challenges if you do not know what they are? People will not openly tell you their challenges. You may have to ask a lot of questions to find out what they need and what they fear. This process is building a relationship. People have to be comfortable with you. They have to like you before they tell you any information. There are several ways of building your business, but remember to focus on providing information to people who need solutions to their challenges, listening and asking questions to build relationships with people, and always keep in mind this business is not about us it is about helping the other person. “You can have everything in life that you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” - Zig Ziglar Wiley Hurt
